Honestly I’ve been here several times to try and have different repairs done and have always had to just walk out without any help being given. I swear they are just paid to tell people, “sorry, can’t help you”. It’s ridiculously frustrating and is just pointless to waste your time there.

I had a great experience with the Geek Squad in Asheville on Tunnel Road. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in addressing an issue with my iPhone. I especially loved their scheduling system—seeing appointment times and customers listed on a screen helped keep everything organized and made the whole process feel fair and efficient. Their customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciate how quickly they were able to repair my phone. This was my work phone, so having it fixed promptly was critical while I was out in the field. Thank you again to the team for their professionalism and quick turnaround!

Made the appt & had prelim intake by Carter who was professional & was calmly juggling several troubleshooting meetings going on. I had to come back later to drop off device. They kindly squeezed me in to get my device shipped for repair .

Made an appointment though AppleCare to replace my phone screen. I was told even though they had a screen in the back they couldn't use it and would have to keep my phone overnight until another screen arrived. Most backwards process I've ever seen.

Today I was extremely impressed with every employee on duty. They were very friendly in the customer service department. I then went to look at headphones. The person who assisted me helped me understand the absolute best headphones I have ever put over my ears. I hear everything crisply as he said I would. The Marshall Major IV headphones I bought are exactly what I wanted!
